Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking an On-Call F&B Utility Porter at Park MGM in Las Vegas to help keep kitchen operations running smoothly. You will maintain a clean, organized environment, sanitize equipment, support supply movement, and ensure health and safety standards are met.

The role starts at $25.5502 hourly with responsibilities including cleaning, waste removal, chemical handling, transporting supplies, and operating industrial equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6+ months of prior relevant experience in stewarding or a similar role, or culinary training preferred.
• Must hold or be able to obtain a valid Food Handler’s Card upon hire.
• Effective English communication, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Clean ceilings, walls, and elevated areas and deep clean cooking equipment.
• Collect, wash, rinse, sanitize, air-dry, and store pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and flatware.
• Maintain detergents and follow proper cleaning and sanitation procedures.
• Clean baseboards, floors, tables, and kitchen equipment.
• Separate and remove trash and handle biohazard cleanup as needed.
• Transport equipment and supplies throughout the property.
• Operate industrial equipment such as floor scrubbers and forklifts.
• Complete required health and safety trainings and report issues.
• Comply with SNHD, OSHA, Fire Department, and company policies.
