Job summary

Transforming Theatre Ensemble (TTE) in East Lansing is seeking temporary or on-call performers to support concerts, sporting events, outdoor functions and related University activities. As an actor, you will participate in brief sketches (3–15 minutes) that promote diversity, equity and inclusion, and you may be cast for rehearsals and performances based on availability.

Qualifications

• Acting experience in theatre or film.
• Interest in social justice.
• Strong capacity for line memorization.
• Ability to take direction/acting notes and adjust performance.
• Punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Work at assigned station in a concession stand and assist with refreshments.
• Transport, maintain, and arrange supplies, equipment, and materials.
• Operate a cash drawer and assist with parking enforcement.
• Act as an event usher and perform other duties as needed.
