You will assist with caregiver training, support client assessments, and respond to changes in care as needed. Availability for day or night shifts is required, with guaranteed hours based on reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible enough to work any shift at any time.
• Experience with caring for Elderly and disabled people.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver license and auto insurance.
• Must have a clean background record and be able to pass a drug screen.
• Must be dependable and have excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to perform all aspects of the job without limitations.

Responsibilities

• Covering callouts and urgent shifts.
• Starting new client cases.
• Assisting with caregiver training and introductions.
• Supporting client assessments and changes in care.
• Must be available to accept shifts day or night; guaranteed hours depend on duties.
