Riggs Washington DC is seeking an experienced and passionate Dishwasher for our brand-new independent hotel opening early 2020. The ideal candidate brings a warm, customer-focused attitude and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

This role supports the culinary team, ensures the cleanliness of all Food & Beverage materials, and helps maintain inventory. We offer competitive hourly pay, medical/dental/vision coverage for full-time staff, and generous hotel-rate perks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness of all Food & Beverage materials and areas.
• Operate dishwasher equipment and ensure breakage is kept to a minimum.
• Assist culinary team when possible.
• Monitor China, glass and silverware inventory levels and report any shortages.
