Job summary

ICF is seeking experienced emergency management professionals for the Disaster Response Logistics Section Reservist Cadre in an on-call capacity across various deployment locations. The role supports facilities, supplies, resources, and services to enable incident operations and includes potential work in EOCs, JFOs, DRCs, or client sites.

Associate deployments may occur with limited notice, requiring flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in logistics, emergency management, disaster response or related fields.
• 2+ years of professional experience in incident management, emergency operations, or emergency logistics functions.
• 2+ years of professional experience coordinating resources, personnel, equipment, facilities or operational support in logistics and services.
• 2+ years of professional experience producing reports, plans, briefings, documentation, or decision-support products.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and pass MVR check.
• Willingness to travel nationally and deploy with limited notice.

Responsibilities

• Support ordering, tracking, deployment, and accountability of personnel, equipment, supplies, and other resources.
• Coordinate logistics activities to support emergency response and recovery operations (transportation, facilities, communications, equipment, lodging, food services).
• Assist with EOC activations, briefings, planning meetings, and incident management activities; support documentation and reporting.
• Coordinate with operations, planning, finance, vendors, and partners to support objectives and priorities.
• Assist with establishing and operating emergency management facilities with required workspace and resources.
• Support deployment readiness, disaster recovery operations, and field team logistics.
