Job summary

SAILS Washington, part of Redwood Family Care Network, seeks a Direct Support Professional Per Diem (On-Call) in the Olympia area, WA. The role involves meeting participants' needs, supporting community involvement, and ensuring a safe living environment.

Qualifications

• Must pass Washington State background check
• First Aid/CPR Certification within 120 days
• Blood Borne Pathogen training within 120 days
• Need to obtain CPI Blue Card
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Minimum driving experience: valid in-state license and car

Responsibilities

• Provides support to program participants that meets their needs and promotes community integration.
• Check in weekly with Scheduling Program Manager for open shifts.
• Orient self to program plans before working with clients.
• Complete Per Diem checklist and training monthly.
• Maintain familiarity with Residential Service Guidelines issued by DDD.
• Assist with daily living activities and transportation as needed.
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings.
