Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid in-state driver’s license and be able to provide current car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide support meeting participants’ needs and promote community integration.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal hygiene, food prep, and health monitoring.
• Monitor medications and maintain accurate logs and documentation.
• Transport participants as needed or arrange transportation.
• Support participants in accessing community activities and outings.
• Attend trainings and participate in IISP development with supervision.
