Brighter Day Adult Services LLC is seeking dependable, flexible Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team as independent contractors (1099). These PRN positions let you pick up shifts as needed, earn premium pay, and work on your own schedule while supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in a licensed group home setting.

Shifts include day, evening, and overnight options with priority given to weekend and holiday coverage; obtain CPR/First Aid, Medication

Competenze

• 18+ with high school diploma or GED.
• Reliable and able to work independently.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain all 3 required certifications.
• Prior DSP or caregiving experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide direct care and supervision.
• Support daily living skills and hygiene.
• Administer medications and follow care plans.
• Maintain safety and dignity at all times.
• Complete shift documentation accurately.
