Job summary

Ivy Park at Belmont, managed by Oakmont Management Group, seeks an on-call Server to serve residents with a friendly and courteous manner. Compensation ranges from $19 to $20 per hour, with benefits and growth opportunities available across California communities.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving, setting up and breaking down tables, and maintaining safety and teamwork. Must be 16+ with a work permit and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Written and verbal communication with staff, supervisors, physicians, residents, and families.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
• Take residents' and guests' food and beverage orders and enter into POS.
• Set up and break down tables.
• Follow proper serving techniques and etiquette.
• Maintain a safe environment and follow safety standards.
• Promote teamwork with coworkers and other departments.
