Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring on-call Diet Clerk staff for Swedish Cherry Hill, Seattle, WA. The role involves patient menu management, data collection, and diet-office support under supervision of the Patient Services Manager and/ or Clinical Nutrition Manager.

We seek candidates with 1 year of customer service experience and familiarity with diet-restricted menus. Pay ranges from $30.00 to $31.00 per hour, with full-time and part-time benefits available.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• On call schedule; days/hours may vary; AM shifts.

Responsibilities

• Distributes and collects menus.
• Assists patients with menu selections per dietitian guidance.
• Plans regular and modified menus based on the current diet manual.
• Prepares and distributes supplements and enteral formula accurately.
• May manage human/donor milk and infant formula.
• Follows HIPAA, confidentiality, and policy guidelines.
• Completes required documentation and logs.
• Participates in Performance Improvement activities and teams.
