Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking an On-Call Dialysis Patient Care Technician to support care in our hemodialysis programs within long‑term care and related facilities. The role requires traveling within the designated region and occasional out-of-area travel with additional base pay and mileage reimbursement.

You will work under the supervision of a licensed nurse to provide safe dialysis therapy, monitor patient vitals, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• On-Call role requires flexibility and travel within the designated region.
• Experience in clinical patient care or dialysis settings is helpful.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with licensed nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care under supervision of a licensed nurse, initiating and discontinuing dialysis per orders.
• Record vital signs, weight, and vascular access data before and after treatment.
• Set up and operate hemodialysis machines and monitor safety during treatment.
• Accurately document treatment details and collect lab specimens as required.
• Deliver courteous service to patients and families while maintaining a clean, safe environment.
