Concerto Renal Services is seeking an On-Call Dialysis Patient Care Technician to cover five days a week (Monday - Friday plus two Saturdays per month) with overtime potential. You will operate dialysis machines under the supervision of a licensed nurse, monitor vital signs, and initiate or discontinue treatments as prescribed.

The role requires regional travel with additional base pay for out-of-region travel and mileage reimbursement, ensuring safe, patient-focused care.

Qualifications

• On-call schedule: five days a week (Mon-Fri + 2 Saturdays per month).
• Travel within and occasionally outside the region; additional base pay for out-of-region travel.
• Supervised by a licensed nurse; comply with policies and regulations.
• Experience with hemodialysis procedures is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Direct Patient Care: provide hands-on care under nurse supervision, initiate/discontinue dialysis per orders.
• Vital Signs & Monitoring: record pre/post-treatment vitals, weight, access assessments; report anomalies.
• Dialysis Machine Operation: set up, operate, and perform safety checks on machines; administer heparin as allowed.
• Documentation & Lab Work: document treatments and prepare specimens.
• Customer Service & Environment: maintain safe, clean, and supportive patient environment.
