Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking an On-Call Dialysis Patient Care Technician to support dialysis treatments across assigned regions. You will travel within the region and occasionally outside with additional base pay for travel, handling coverage five days a week (Mon-Fri) plus 2 Saturdays per month.

Overtime may apply based on coverage needs. You will work under a licensed nurse to provide safe dialysis, monitoring and documentation, and ensure compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Direct hands-on patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Record vital signs, weights, and access assessments accurately.
• Set up and operate hemodialysis machines and perform safety checks.
• Document treatment details and assist with lab specimens.
• Provide courteous, patient-centered service while maintaining a clean environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care under nurse supervision during dialysis sessions.
• Monitor vitals and document before and after treatments.
• Operate dialysis equipment safely and administer heparin as permitted.
• Document patient care and assist with lab work as prescribed.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for patients and staff.
