Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Culinary Specialist at MBH The Meadows of Wickenburg in Wickenburg, AZ. This on-call role focuses on preparing meals, serving facility meals, and maintaining high safety and sanitation standards within the kitchen.

Responsibilities include temperature recording, inventory, and coordination with staff to ensure patient safety. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, with Serve Safe certification or food handlers card required, and at least two years of food production

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Handlers Card or Serve Safe Certification required.
• Two years food production experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves meals.
• Maintains kitchen area and equipment in a clean and organized manner following kitchen cleaning scheduled and standards set by the Health Department.
• Records temperatures on kitchen appliances.
• Maintain food temperature record log.
• Assures that all pertinent paperwork is completed per department protocol.
• Maintain order lists for items that may be needed for next food delivery.
• Receive and stock incoming supplies.
• Ability to converse in English with others to give, take and process information; extensive use of telephone.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information, multi-task, coordinate projects and record/transcribe general and specific meeting minutes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Communicate with other staff to relay concerns and observations involving patient safety.
