Requires a High School diploma or GED, a Food Handlers Card or Serve Safe certification, and at least two years of food production experience.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares and serves meals.
• Maintains kitchen area and equipment in a clean and organized manner following kitchen cleaning schedules and Health Department standards.
• Records temperatures on kitchen appliances and maintains food temperature logs.
• Receives and stocks incoming supplies; maintains order lists for next deliveries.
• Communicates with staff to relay concerns and observations involving patient safety; maintains confidentiality of information.
