Job summary

Trinity Health in Greensboro, NC seeks a PRN CT technologist to cover holidays, PAL, and on-call shifts. Requires hospital experience and ability to perform routine CT scans, x-ray exams, fluoroscopy, and operating room procedures.

Under Radiologist supervision, you will perform CT procedures, assist in biopsies and drain placements, and contribute to angiography studies with 3D reformats.

Qualifications

• Licensure/Certification/Registration: registered or registry eligible with ARRT.
• Education: Graduate of AMA-Approved Radiographic technology program.
• Experience: One year hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of a Radiologist, performs CT procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail.
• Performs a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment for radiographic diagnosis.
• Perform routine CT scans on pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, and trauma patients.
• Assist the radiologist in biopsies, drain tube placements, injections, and markings.
• Performing angiography studies of the brain, neck, and chest with 3D reformats.
