Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a part-time CT technologist to perform daily CT exams and procedures in a rotating shift, including potential emergency callbacks. The role requires operating CT equipment safely and providing care to patients across all ages from neonatal to geriatric.

You will communicate effectively with patients, radiologists, and staff while participating in QA activities and maintaining essential certifications.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited two-year Radiologic Technology program (ARRT or NMTCB).
• 2+ years CT experience.
• CT credential (ARRT or NMTCB) required.
• Maintains active registry status.
• Maintains current state Permit to Practice Radiology Technologist license.
• Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training within three months of hire.
• Maintains Basic Life Support qualification.

Responsibilities

• Operates CT equipment in a safe and knowledgeable manner.
• Performs daily CT exams and procedures on scheduled shifts, including emergency callbacks.
• Provides care to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
• Communicates effectively with patients, staff, radiologists, students and management.
• Provides patient/family education and counseling on health problems.
• Participates in QA activities and maintains current documentation.
• Ensures correct patient identification and the right exam at the right time.
