Oakmont of Roseville, a premier senior living community, seeks a Concierge to greet visitors, fulfill resident requests, and coordinate tours. The role includes multi-line phone duties and clerical support to the administrative team, with emphasis on exceptional resident and guest service.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, strong MS Office skills, and at least 2 years in hospitality or senior living.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two years of hospitality or senior living experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient with MS Office programs (Word, Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication with staff, residents and families.
• Criminal background check and health screening required.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, fulfill resident requests, arrange tours of the property and provide clerical support to staff.
• Provide residents, guests and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones, route calls clearly and professionally.
• Monitor Emergency Alert System and respond to all calls.
• Manage business center and mail processing.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.

Responsibilities

• The Concierge is responsible for greeting visitors fulfilling resident requests arranging tours of the property answering a multi line telephone and providing clerical support to the administrative staff in accordance with the companys mission and values
• Provide all residents guests and visitors with exceptional customer service
• Answer telephones record andor direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely clear concise and professional manner
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and immediately respond to every call
• Effectively manage business center and process incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff residents and guests following established safety standards
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co workers and other departments

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prefer two 2 years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs Word Excel etc
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees supervisors physicians healthcare professionals residents and their families
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests including physical and TB Tests
• For the health and safety of our team members and residents Oakmont Management Group may require team members to vaccinate participate in daily screening surveillance testing and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment PPE to prevent the spread of the COVID 19 or other communicable diseases per regulatory guidelines
