Job summary

Oakmont of Roseville, a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group, seeks a Concierge to welcome visitors and fulfill resident requests. You will handle tours, answer multi-line calls, and provide clerical support in a fast-paced setting on a California campus.

The role requires 18+ and a high school diploma, with hospitality experience preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication are essential for a seamless resident and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two years of hospitality or prior senior living experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees, residents and families.
• Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones and direct calls promptly and professionally.
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond to calls.
• Manage business center and process mail.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards.

Pay Range: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour

The Concierge is responsible for greeting visitors, fulfilling resident requests, arranging tours of the property, answering a multi-line telephone, and providing clerical support to the administrative staff, in accordance with the company’s mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Provide all residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones, record, and/or direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely, clear, concise, and professional manner.
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and immediately respond to every call.
• Effectively manage business center and process incoming and outgoing mail.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two (2) years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community.
• Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
• For the health and safety of our team members and residents, Oakmont Management Group may require team members to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 or other communicable diseases, per regulatory guidelines.
