Job summary

BrightStar Care of Midtown Raleigh is seeking experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) for an on-call caregiver position serving clients throughout the Durham area. This role is ideal for caregivers who are flexible, reliable, and passionate about delivering exceptional one-on-one home care.

As part of our on-call team, you will provide coverage for varying schedules, assist with daily living activities, and maintain professionalism and compassionate

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina CNA license or verifiable PCA work experience.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Current TB Test.
• Valid North Carolina Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and companionship in clients' homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility support.
• Observe and report changes in client condition to nursing staff.
• Document care provided and time/attendance accurately.
• Follow client care plans and agency policies.
