Job summary

HomeChoice Home Care in Raleigh is seeking reliable day-shift CNAs and PCAs to provide compassionate, client-centered care in home settings. You will help with daily living activities, meals, mobility, and companionship, while following care plans and ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• Dependable caregivers who show up and follow through.
• CNA or PCA with day-shift availability.
• Reliability and client-centered care are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Support bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Provide companionship and meaningful interaction.
• Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment.
• Follow care plans and client-specific instructions.
• Communicate important changes or concerns to the care team.
• Provide dependable, respectful, client-centered care.
