Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have current California CNA license.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily care to assigned patients following clinical assessments and care plans.
• Assist with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, and positioning.
• Support patients with physician-ordered medications that are self-administered.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times.
• Monitor and report on patients’ health conditions promptly.
