Camino Ridge Post Acute in Mountain View, CA, is seeking motivated Certified Nursing Assistants for on-call / part-time shifts in our skilled nursing facility. As a CNA on-call, you will provide routine daily care, assist with personal care needs, and support safe, compassionate patient interactions while following physician orders and care

Qualifications

• Must hold a current California CNA license.
• BLS certification must be active.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily care to assigned patients according to care plans.
• Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, and positioning.
• Support patients with medications that are self-administered as ordered by physicians.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times.
• Monitor and report patients’ health conditions promptly.
