• Deliver individualized and group fitness programming for clients.
• Assess and track client progress with movement assessments.
• Provide safe demonstrations and progressions tailored to goals.
• Deliver excellent customer service and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of training space and equipment.
• Manage client scheduling and log bookings across shifts.
