Job summary

Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation in Nespelem, WA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents at the Convalescent Center. This on-site, non-exempt position requires reporting within one hour of notification and following each resident’s care plan under the DNS or Charge Nurse.

The role demands a CNA certificate, HS diploma or GED, 1st Aid/CPR, and a negative TB test (or tested within 15 days).

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma OR GED AND six (6) to twelve (12) months of experience.
• Requires a Current certificate as a Nursing Assistant Certified.
• Requires a Current 1st Aid/CPR certification and be able to perform CPR.
• Requires a TB Test as a condition of employment with a negative result or obtain test within 15 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provides routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment, care plan and as directed by the DNS or Charge Nurse.
