Job summary

The Confederated Tribes Of The Colville Reservation in Nespelem, WA is seeking a Medical Assistant Certified to join the Colville Tribal Health Care Authority. The MA-Certified will support clinical and administrative tasks, maintain HIPAA compliance, and use RPMS/EHR and MS Office tools to document care and communicate effectively

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or similar.
• HIPAA and Privacy training within 90 days of employment.
• Blood borne pathogen training annually.
• CPR/First Aid within initial 90 days of hire.
• Ability to understand, speak, communicate and read English.
• Ability to utilize RPMS and EHR proficiently.
• Requires ability to utilize a multi-line telephone with good etiquette.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
