Cold Freight Services is seeking full-time drivers to serve as on-call, demand-based emergency couriers for refrigerated shipments. Drivers work in a 24/7 on-call environment across Georgia and nearby states, with regional routes and occasional nights/weekends.

They unload with a handtruck, communicate with dispatch by phone/text, and wear neutral pants with company-branded shirts. Annual earnings range from $55,000 to $90,000 depending on workload.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Available to work evenings and weekend loads.
• Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs. Each load varies from 100 to 3000 lbs.
• Comfortable using mobile apps and GPS technology.
• Personal smartphone required.
• Must be comfortable with an on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Drivers are on-call and dispatched as jobs come in.
• Regional driving throughout Georgia and bordering states.
• Most routes mostly day hours; occasional night and weekend shifts.
• Drivers unload the truck themselves using a handtruck.
• Communicate with dispatch via phone and text messages.
• Operate in a 24/7 on-call environment.
