Job summary

Cold Freight Services is seeking reliable, professional full-time drivers for on-call, demand-based deliveries in Georgia and surrounding states. You will operate modern refrigerated vans, load and unload at customer sites, and communicate with dispatch by phone or text.

Expect varied daily volumes, daytime hours with some night and weekend work. Employees receive a company-branded shirt and a fuel/expense card, and participate in a fully digital operation with GPS and payroll systems.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs; loads range 100–3000 lbs.
• Comfortable using mobile apps and GPS technology.
• Personal smartphone required and on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Drivers are on‑call and dispatched as jobs come in.
• Work volume varies; some periods are slow, others busy.
• Most jobs occur Monday through Saturday during daytime hours, with some night and weekend work.
• Drivers load and unload the van themselves using a handtruck.
• Regional driving throughout Georgia and bordering states.
• Communicate with dispatch by phone and text messages.
• Drivers wear company-branded t-shirts and neutral pants without logos.
• All drivers have a fuel card and a credit card for hotels, maintenance, and other approved charges.

What the Job Looks Like

• Drivers are on‑call and dispatched as jobs come in
• Work volume varies. Some periods are slow, others are very busy
• Most jobs occur Monday through Saturday during daytime hours but we have night and weekend work as well
• Drivers are required to load and unload the van themselves using a handtruck
• Regional driving throughout Georgia and bordering states
• You will primarily communicate with dispatch via phone and text messages
• Drivers are issued company branded t-shirts and will be required to wear neutral colored pants without logos.
• All drivers will have a fuel card and a credit card for hotels, maintenance, and other approved charges

Pay & Benefits

• Annual earnings range up to $40,000 (based on amount of work you accept)
