Job summary

Cold Freight Services has been the trusted emergency courier for the refrigerated industry since 1994. When critical shipments can’t wait, our drivers deliver, day or night.

We are looking for reliable, professional full-time drivers who are comfortable working in an on-call, demand-based environment.

Regional driving throughout Georgia and bordering states, with some overnights, supports a 24/7 on-call operation and safety-driven service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Available to work evenings and weekend loads.
• Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs.
• Comfortable using mobile apps and GPS technology.
• Personal smartphone required.
• Must be comfortable with an on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Drivers are on-call and dispatched as jobs come in.
• Most shifts are daytime; some night/weekend work.
• One overnight stay per week is typical.
• Load and unload the van using a handtruck.
• Regional driving throughout Georgia and nearby states.
• Communicate with dispatch via phone/text; 24/7 on-call operations.
