Matson is seeking a Hostler Driver on a on-call, union casual basis to support operations from 8 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. The role requires a valid Class A CDL with Tanker, Air Brake, and HazMat endorsements, DOT medical card, and the ability to obtain a TWIC card.

Compensation is $43.75 per hour with insurance or $48.94 without insurance. The position involves drayage, hostler operations, and various duties as assigned, with safety and regulatory compliance emphasized.

Qualifikationen

• Must have and maintain a valid Class A CDL with Tanker, Air Brake, and HazMat endorsements.
• Prefer 1–2 years of commercial driving experience.
• Must have a current DOT medical card.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a TWIC card.
• Ability to work all shifts and overtime as needed.

Aufgaben

• Dray equipment to and from a customer location; perform all duties related to commercial driving.
• Safely move containers to and from yard and dock locations in preparation for vessel operations.
• Perform additional duties as directed by management.
• Follow safety rules/practices to ensure safe and consistent performance of duties.
• Comply with OSHA and DOT safe working rules and regulations.
