Formación

• One year of catering captain experience is required.
• A valid driver's license may be required.
• Must possess or able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers permit where required by state law.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates workload and staffing for catering orders.
• Discusses setup with function group leaders and adapts to last-minute changes.
• Interacts with customers and resolves complaints in a service-oriented manner.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and serving temperatures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
