Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision.
• May drive a truck to deliver food and beverages to events.
• Determines workload from catering orders and assigns tasks.
• Meets with function group leaders to discuss setup and changes.
• Addresses customer questions and resolves issues with a service mindset.
• Instructs staff on expectations for catered functions and setup.
• Sets up rooms to match specifications and arranged layouts.
• Delivers food and supplies to locations and serves guests.
• Maintains proper presentation, temperature, and portions following recipes.
• Ensures sanitation and orderliness of equipment and spaces.
