Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

• Help execute personalized weekly schedules and care plans
• Complete Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) safely and professionally
• Provide personal companionship with ongoing social and emotional support
• Assist with personal care activities: hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal prep
• Transport clients to and from appointments as needed
• Document tasks and report changes in clients’ physical or mental condition

Qualifications

To Get Started You Will Need:

• Professional caregiver experience
• Valid CNA, NA, HHA, or PCA certification
• Proof of valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, registration, and reliable vehicle
• Open availability preferred
• TB Screening/PPD and/or Chest X-Ray
• Basic Computer Skills
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
