Caring Hands Caregivers in California is seeking an On-Call Caregiver to support our in-home clients across the South Bay and Peninsula. This role offers guaranteed 40 hours per week, including paid standby, with a diverse range of client experiences and ADL tasks.

You’ll provide companionship and safety-focused care, adapt to Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and dementia needs, and collaborate with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 yrs caregiving experience (home/facility)
• Flexible, reliable, strong judgment, and calm under pressure
• Comfort with Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, dementia care
• Own vehicle and smartphone; day shift availability

Responsibilities

• Fill open shifts, support new client onboarding
• Follow up with current clients; provide ADL care and companionship
