Job summary

Caring Hands Caregivers is seeking an On-Call Caregiver to join our in-home care team serving the South Bay and Peninsula. You will fill open shifts, support new client onboarding, and provide professional ADL care and companionship.

We offer guaranteed 40 hours per week (paid standby), a $25/hour pay rate, paid training, a 401(k), and referral bonuses. A clear path to internal Care Coordinator openings is available.

Qualifications

• 3–5 yrs caregiving experience in home or facility settings.
• Flexible, reliable, good judgment, and calm under pressure.
• Comfort with Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, dementia care.
• Own vehicle and smartphone; day shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Fill open shifts and support new client onboarding.
• Follow up with current clients and document care progress.
• Provide professional ADL care and companionship.
• Promote safety, comfort, and client engagement.
