Responsibilities

• Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up assigned bars; stocks beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, condiments, glassware, ice and produce.
• Maintains stock and prepares garnishes, juices and perishables to ensure quality.
• Greets guests in a courteous, friendly manner.
• Takes and processes drink orders; mixes and presents drinks with standard recipes; controls portions.
• Checks guests for proper identification.
