Qualifications

• Valid California driver's license required or able to enroll in driving program.
• High School or GED completion; facility management focus preferred.
• Experience delivering responsive customer service in facilities settings.
• Experience with basic electrical, plumbing and carpentry tasks and HVAC basics.
• Experience with custodial duties and routine maintenance in institutional facilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication and safety adherence.
• Basic computer skills for emails, research, and supply ordering.

Responsibilities

• Respond to after-hours emergencies and perform lockouts for residents.
• Conduct interior/exterior maintenance, custodial clean-ups, and preventive tasks.
• Repair door hardware, plumbing, carpentry, and minor electrical issues.
• Assist with HVAC air filters and duct cleaning; perform inventory checks.
• Maintain orderly shift logs, reports, and safety compliance.
