MGM Resorts seeks an on-call Barista for the Starbucks location inside Mandalay Place in Las Vegas. You will deliver exceptional guest experiences, craft quality beverages, and maintain high-volume service standards.

This role emphasizes guest interaction, speed, accuracy, and teamwork in a lively entertainment environment. The position requires prior food-handling experience, ability to work varied shifts including weekends/holidays, and strong cash-handling skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced food/beverage service is preferred.
• Knowledge of beverage/service delivery and upselling techniques.
• Cash handling and cash procedures practiced in hospitality environments.

Responsabilités

• Take and place orders, serve and garnish drinks and foods.
• Collect money and process payments following cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front and back of house; clear tables and counters.
• Unload warehouse orders and stock supplies; ensure organized storage.
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority or escalate to management.
