MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is hiring an on-call Barista/Fountain Worker for MGM Grand, primarily at Starbucks. You will craft beverages and foods, handle orders, and maintain a welcoming guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires 18+ with a HS diploma or GED and at least 1 year of food-handling experience. It offers on-call shifts and access to employee dining, parking, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of experience as a food handler in a similar, high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work varied, on-call shifts.

Responsabilités

• Take and place orders and serve and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately in work area as applicable.
• Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and cash procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of the front and back of house, clear tables and counters; sweep and maintain cleanliness of dining area.
• Pack and complete orders per guests’ preference with condiments as needed.
• Label and date products per safety and sanitation procedures.
• Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment.
• Stock and replenish products; unload warehouse orders to designated storage.
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; refer matters to management when needed.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.
