Compass Group USA is hiring for an on-call Bar Server to set up and serve food and beverages in the bar area at the Holdsworth location in Austin, TX. The role requires prior bartending experience and offers on-call scheduling with days and hours varying; compensation ranges from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour.

Free meals, uniforms and laundering services are provided at select locations. This position is part of a team that values guest satisfaction and timely service as part of the FLIK hospitality

Job Summary

Sets up and serves food and beverages to guests in the bar area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintains and cleans serving area.
• Attends to client’s needs.
• Ensures that guest’s needs are met.
• Sets up bar and serves food and beverages at events.
• Maintains friendly demeanor when interacting with and serving customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to push and lift up to 25 pounds.
