Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean, wash, and sanitize chinaware, glassware, and silverware.
• Set up work station with designated supplies and equipment; report shortages.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
• Handle all wares carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
• Anticipate guests’ needs; respond promptly and acknowledge all guests.
• Communicate assignments or changes to the team during shift.
