Job summary

StepStone-Hospitality-Inc is seeking staff to prepare dressings and cold sauces while upholding top quality guest service. The role requires continuous area monitoring, strong knowledge of menu items, beverages, and wines, and proper service with appropriate tableware and garnish.

You will assist servers, relay guest feedback to management, maintain health standards, and ensure safe service of alcoholic beverages.

Qualifications

• Health and safety regulations knowledge required.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting and standing.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent quality.

• Assist in setting tables with linen and basic silver and glass maintaining high standard of presentation
• Assist in breaking down events and cleaning rooms after functions

Requirements

• Available nights, weekends & holidays
• Minimum lifting of 50 pounds.
• Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity.
• Hearing, writing, typing.
• Minimum pulling of 50 pounds.
• Other duties may be assigned.
• Must have a knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations.
• High school education and relevant training and experience preferred.
• CPR training and first aid training preferred.
