Job summary

Boyd Gaming is seeking a banquet setup team member in Biloxi to prepare and arrange spaces for events in accordance with catering specifications. You will greet guests, and serve food and beverages using trays or buffet carts.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet room in accordance with the catering specification sheet, including arranging linens, dishes, silverware, and glassware.
• Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Serve food and beverage items to guests using hand‑held trays and/or buffet carts.
• Prepare and set up condiments.
• Break down banquet room upon completion of the function, removing soiled dishes, glassware, and silverware, and transporting them to the dishwashing area.
