Responsibilities

Set banquet tables to meet function specifications.
Deliver and serve food and beverages, including meals and accompaniments.
Ensure menu knowledge.
Clear tables and deliver to stewarding area after service.
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
Respond to guest requests in a friendly, timely manner.
Assist teammates and other departments to maintain positive working relationships.
