Kingston Resorts in Myrtle Beach is seeking a Banquet Server for the Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach property. This on-call role involves delivering and serving food and beverages to guests with friendly, timely service to help ensure outstanding guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include setting banquet tables to specifications, maintaining menu knowledge, and collaborating with team members to support smooth service in a resort environment.

Qualifications

• General guest service and teamwork needed.
• Ability to deliver friendly, timely service.
• Knowledge of menu items and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Set banquet tables to meet function specifications.
• Deliver and serve food and beverages, including meals, condiments and accompaniments.
• Ensure menu knowledge.
• Remove chinaware, glassware, silverware, etc. from tables at the conclusion of the meal period and deliver to the stewarding area.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
• Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships.
• Assist others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.
