Job summary

Sage Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated Banquet Server at our Florida venues to provide prompt, courteous food service for events. You will read BEOs, set up dining spaces, and ensure smooth service from start to finish in elegant, oceanfront settings such as Atlantic Beach.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 3 months or longer of experience in a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of customer service principles and food service operations.

Responsibilities

• Read BEO and complete set-up.
• Set tables in assigned area correctly and uniformly.
• Keep station neat and clean while servicing guests.
• Assist and set up/break down buffet or other food service tables/equipment.
• Greet and serve guests following policies for food and beverage service.
• Follow guest check and money-handling procedures for service orders.
• Complete assigned sidework and stay attentive to customers throughout service.
• Work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Local travel for outside catering functions only.
