Job summary

Tailwater Lodge Altmar, part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is seeking On Call Banquet Servers to join our Food & Beverage Team. Set on the Salmon River, we offer event service for weddings and gatherings with a focus on warm hospitality.

Responsibilities include delivering food from the kitchen, maintaining service standards, bussing tables, and assisting with event-related duties. The role requires flexible availability, excellent communication, and a friendly, teamwork-oriented

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication and guest relations skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Bar experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run food from the kitchen to the event.
• Maintain high service standards.
• Serve all food and beverage items according to use records and procedures.
• Assist with bussing tables when necessary.
• Set tables to specifications and carry trays.
• Attend to all guest needs during functions and related duties.
• Report to Banquet Manager any housekeeping or equipment repairs.
