Stonebridge Companies seeks a Banquet Server to deliver courteous food and beverage service at the Best Western GranTree Inn Bozeman, MT, during banquet events. The role emphasizes high-quality service, guest satisfaction, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

On-call, non-exempt position with a base pay range around $10.85 per hour plus gratuity. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Previous banquet/restaurant service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and guest communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and guest service.
• Greet guests warmly and take prompt drink orders.
• Present the menu, answer guest questions, and make food and beverage suggestions.
• Relay orders to the kitchen and beverage services promptly.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently.
• Assist with setting up, cleaning, and refreshing banquet function rooms.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines (MSDS).
• Attend department meetings and complete tasks assigned by the Banquet Manager.
