Responsibilities

• Make arrangements for equipment for guest functions ensuring accuracy before staff arrival.
• Assist the Banquet staff in room setup and ensure all tables and equipment are correctly arranged per BEOs.
• Schedule staff for pre-meal assignments and function stations, communicating special requests or instructions.
• Inspects food quality and presentation before serving and coordinates with kitchen staff for changes.
