Gun Lake Casino Resort is seeking an on-call F&B Food Server for Banquets. This role delivers AAA 4-Diamond service, greets Guests, takes and inputs orders, and ensures timely delivery of food and beverages during banquets and events.

You will pre-bus tables, maintain station cleanliness, and assist with event setups as needed. Ideal candidates have 2+ years serving in fast-paced environments, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years serving experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management.
• Must maintain high standards of cleanliness, accuracy, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests, take and input accurate beverage and food orders.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Pre-bus tables and maintain table appearance during service.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure order accuracy and timing.
• Assist with event banquet setups and breakdowns as needed.
